Welcome and thank you for reviewing our Terms of Use (“Terms”).

These Terms govern your access and use of SumIf Ltd (trading name as So Liberating with Jo Roberts, and referred to as the latter throughout these Terms) products and services including any digital offerings provided via our websites (e.g., soliberating.com, and any other sites to which these Terms are linked) and mobile applications as well as our in-person programmes and consumer products (collectively, the “Services”) and in other ways as set forth herein. We refer to our websites and mobile applications (each, an “App”) collectively as our “Digital Properties”. These Terms also govern your use of all information, documents, catalogs, communications, files, text, graphics, and audio/visual content (collectively, the “Materials”) made available to you by way of the Services whether by oral, visual, electronic or other means.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS BEFORE USING OUR SERVICES AS THEY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS. BY USING ANY OF OUR SERVICES, VISITING ANY OF OUR DIGITAL PROPERTIES OR ACCESSING IN ANY WAY ANY MATERIALS, YOU AGREE TO AND ARE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, OUR PRIVACY POLICY AND ANY OTHER TERMS WHICH MAY APPLY TO YOU. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OR THE PRIVACY POLICY, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICE, DIGITAL PROPERTIES OR MATERIALS.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, without any prior notice to you. Any updates to these Terms will be posted or linked to from our Digital Properties, including at www.soliberating.com, and will apply to you prospectively, so you should check back each time you use our Services so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

2. Medical and Therapeutic Disclaimer

We provide Materials for general informational purposes only and these Materials are not intended or implied to serve as medical or therapeutic advice, diagnosis or treatment. You should not use any Materials as a preventative health measure, gauge the state of your health or to diagnose or treat any health issues, illnesses or diseases. So Liberating with Jo Roberts does not provide any medical or therapeutic advice. If you have or suspect you have a health or medical problem, you should consult with your physician or another qualified healthcare provider.

3. Cancellation policy

So Liberating with Jo Roberts accepts course bookings through the soliberating.com web site, payment being made online by credit card, stripe or PayPal. For some clients, we will invoice and payment may be made by BACS or cheque. In making such bookings clients accept this refunds, cancellations and substitutions policy.

For credit card payments, the course fees are payable in full at the time of booking. Upon receipt of your order and payment your place will be confirmed.

Cancellation charges and refunds do not apply and no refund will be payable for non-attendance.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of So Liberating with Jo Roberts to change the content and timing of the course, or the date. So Liberating with Jo Roberts reserves the right to cancel a course up to and including the date of the course if insufficient bookings have been received. We will strive to give as much notice as possible in such an event. In all cases, people who had registered to attend a cancelled course will be given the option of a full refund or of rescheduling to a future course date but So Liberating with Jo Roberts disclaim any further liability.

As we can accept your order and make a legally enforceable agreement without further reference to you, you must read these Terms and Conditions to make sure that they contain all that you want and nothing that you are not happy with.

These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of the services and goods by you (the Customer or you). We are SumIf Ltd whose trading name is So Liberating with Jo Roberts a company registered in Scotland under number SC747857 whose registered office is at 5 High Street, Ayton, Scottish Borders, TD14 5QN with email address jo@soliberating.com; (the Supplier or us or we).

Subject as stated in these Terms and Conditions, you can cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this Contract by a clear statement setting out your decision (eg a letter sent by email).
