I help women to develop habits and nourishing routines that they can actually integrate into their everyday. This gives them a simple and lasting way to take care of their wellbeing.

A random fact about me: I once made Sean Connery a cup of tea and asked how he liked it… Did he utter his famous Bond phrase? Well, of course he did.

What does she know

I began this online business in 2023 (don’t go yet. Yep, there’s a track record below, but the important bit is right here). So, you might think what does she know about what my life is like, how can she help me when she has only recently(ish) set this up?

The reason is this  👇

It took me years to realise how much I had been sitting on the sidelines, and then several failed attempts at restarting my wellbeing routines, to find the right path.

And I will let you into a secret. It wasn’t when I did any of these things…

  • Joined a creative class

  • Started a fitness program online with a gazillion options

  • Started something brand new.

But, I did do those things. And they didn’t work. They didn’t last.

It only worked when I did these things…

  1. Started from my values

  2. Challenged what I thought of myself - and changed my view

    And, most importantly…

  3. Began to create a tiny, snowflake by snowflake, routine of habits.

My Credentials

15+ years as an impact specialist in development and evaluation of wellbeing programs for people.

A professional trainer of groups and individuals from online courses for companies and individuals across the UK (way back when the internet was an infant!), to community programs, and wellbeing courses.

One of the first independent consultants in the UK to undertake SROI (Social Return on Investment) for wellbeing programs.

Postgraduate Honours with Distinction focusing on Communications and Participation in Wellbeing Programs.

Certificated in Wellbeing, Habits, and Transformation Training.

Co-founded (and successfully sold) a multi award-winning wellness tea company in the UK.

My fuller backstory

When I become a mother, I went all-in. I absolutely thrived in the newborn zone and devoted myself 100% to his care. I joined all the groups (and met great mums, and grandmothers), I put my career on hold, and with no childcare and huge love in my heart, I was me with gusto! And I carried on.

And then on. And then on. And then groups changed, and dwindled. Other mums went back to work. And, after a while, I was so immersed in motherhood, that I forgot there was someone who also needed care.

And she was staring at me in the mirror.

I am here to support you because I have been there, and got the ticket.

Three years ago, I rediscovered myself through running (but this can apply to any activity you like), but I initially couldn’t make that stick as a routine. Cue the 15 Minute Me Method. The 15 Minute Me Method has been vital as it has helped me find a different me, and embrace her.

Why does this matter?

Having a one-off self-care day equals happiness. Right?

Here's what I know: Successfully working on yourself comes from doing what is possible. And starting it small. And committing to it.

I didn't transform my wellbeing by starting with a lofty plan to complete a race as a beginner runner. I started there, got injured, and went back to square one.

And it was from there that the 15 Minute Me Method was born (which is now the foundation for all aspects of my life as a mother of kids under 10).

Because out of all of those starting and stopping “failures” led me to create a program that shortcuts all of this for you. So, you don’t have to go through this. And I will be there to support you, step by step.
